Our History
ROPACA was founded in 1974 by Antonio Manuel Galiana Marín as a humble house shoe manufacturing company, later becoming ROPACA S.L. and moving into its current facilities in 1979.
From the very beginning until today, ROPACA has aimed to be a family business where every worker is an important link in the chain.
Over the years, we have adapted to new legislation, new ways of working, and new business projections, all achieved thanks to everyone’s hard work.
Today, we strive to maintain our core principles while adapting to modern times that require a greater international presence. We use new working methods, eco-friendly raw materials, and more efficient machinery, allowing us to offer the market a more modern product with the same long-standing guarantees.
In 2018, upon the founder’s retirement, the company passed to his children. Embracing the family legacy with enthusiasm and always keeping in mind the principles and values that brought them here, they are committed to continuing the business with the same sense of responsibility they have always known.
